13485\uff09\u5fc5\u987b\u7531\u5b9e\u9645\u751f\u4ea7\u573a\u6240\u6301\u6709\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4ec5\u662f\u59d4\u6258\u65b9\u7684\u9500\u552e\u6216\u5e02\u573a\u8425\u9500\u529e\u516c\u5ba4\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5370\u5ea6\u5c3c\u897f\u4e9a\u76d1\u7ba1\u8981\u6c42 (Kemenkes RI)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5370\u5c3c\u653f\u5e9c\u901a\u8fc7\u536b\u751f\u90e8\uff08Kemenkes\uff09\u91c7\u7528\u975e\u5e38\u5177\u4f53\u7684\u767b\u8bb0\u673a\u5236\u6765\u660e\u786e\u751f\u4ea7\u94fe\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A. \u6388\u6743\u4e66\u4e2d\u7684\u8be6\u7ec6\u5206\u7c7b<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kemenkes\u8981\u6c42\u901a\u8fc7\u59d4\u6258\u4eba\/\u5236\u9020\u5546\u7b7e\u7f72\u7684\u6388\u6743\u4e66\uff08LoA\uff09\u8fdb\u884c\u6f84\u6e05\u3002\u6388\u6743\u4e66\u4e2d\u5236\u9020\u5546\u540d\u79f0\u7684\u58f0\u660e\u683c\u5f0f\u5fc5\u987b\u901a\u8fc7e-Regalkes\u7cfb\u7edf\u63d0\u4ea4\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u5fc5\u987b\u53cd\u6620\u751f\u4ea7\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728CM\uff08\u5408\u540c\u5236\u9020\uff09\u6848\u4f8b\u4e2d\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \u5370\u5c3c\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u8981\u6c42\u8fdb\u53e3\u5546\u660e\u786e\u58f0\u660e\u5b9e\u9645\u751f\u4ea7\u5730\u70b9\uff08A\uff09\uff0c\u6838\u5b9e\u8be5\u5de5\u5382\u5730\u5740\uff0c\u5e76\u786e\u4fdd\u8d28\u91cf\u6587\u4ef6\uff08\u5982 \u5f3a\u5236\u5ba3\u8a93\u7ffb\u8bd1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6240\u6709\u6e90\u81ea\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6587\u4ef6\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u91c7\u8d2d\u8ba2\u5355\u3001\u81ea\u7531\u9500\u552e\u8bc1\u660e\u3001\u8d28\u91cf\u7ba1\u7406\u4f53\u7cfb\/ISO 13485\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6587\u4ef6\uff09\u5747\u987b\u9644\u6709\u5ba3\u8a93\u7ffb\u8bd1\u5458\u7684\u7ffb\u8bd1\u4ef6\u3002\u8fd9\u5bf9\u4e8e\u786e\u4fdd\u6240\u5217\u8eab\u4efd\u548c\u5730\u5740\u4fe1\u606f\u51c6\u786e\u65e0\u8bef\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure \u5236\u9020\u7684\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u53cc\u65b9\u7684\u540d\u79f0\u548c\u5730\u5740\u2014\u2014 <em>\u5408\u6cd5\u5236\u9020\u5546<\/em> \uff08\u54c1\u724c\u6240\u6709\u8005\uff09\u548c <em>\u5408\u540c\u5236\u9020\u5546<\/em> \uff08\u5b9e\u9645\u751f\u4ea7\u5730\u70b9\uff09\u2014\u2014\u5fc5\u987b\u5728\u4ea7\u54c1\u6807\u7b7e\u3001\u8bf4\u660e\u4e66\u6216\u5305\u88c5\u4e0a\u6ce8\u660e\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8fd9\u9879\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u7684\u53cc\u6807\u7b7e\u8981\u6c42\u76f4\u63a5\u9a8c\u8bc1\u4e86\u83b7\u53d6\u9ad8\u5ea6\u51c6\u786e\u7684\u5730\u5740\u8be6\u7ec6\u4fe1\u606f\u4ee5\u8fdb\u884c\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\u6027\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
