2. Submit via CEISA PKBSI System
1) Log in and upload all the required forms.
2) If the portal is down for more than 24 hours, print the PKSI/PKBSI application form (Form PIJAK-01), attach the supporting documents, and file it at DGCE HQ (Jakarta) or your supervising customs office. Bring a USB/flash drive with the same files so officers can register them once the system recovers
3. Review and Technical Verification

4. Receive Binding Decision
